Got No Service after switching the device
CompletedI have a data-only SIM card on a tablet and have been used it for quite a long time. I recently switched to a new tablet of the same model and just put my SIM card to the new device. However I cannot get it connected after entering the APN setting. It just says "No service" even after multiple attempts of rebooting. Could anyone help on resolving this? Many thanks!

Hello Sequoia!
Thanks for reaching us here!
Apologies for the inconvenience experienced and for the delayed response.
Please, be advised, our SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked devices running on Android 4.3 or + / iOS 8.2 or higher. Be sure to verify if your new tablet is GSM unlocked.
Please go ahead and configure the APN settings by following these steps.
Additionally, would you be so kind as to confirm your tablet's make/model along with the Android version is currently running?
We'll be looking forward to your reply.

Hello,
It is a Microsoft Surface 3, which is GSM-compatible. I have added the APN fp.com.attz and left other fields blank. Since this is a data-only SIM I do not need calling/text on this tablet. In the old device, FreedomPop worked very well (cellular data) for quite a long time, though I remember at the very beginning when I just switched to FP (few years ago when free users still got support...) it was not working initially and a customer support personnel had to reset the status of my SIM or something to get it working. This time when I inserted my SIM card to the new device maybe it also requires similar operation?
IMEI: 351682072832439
Thanks!
