New SIM in phone, but no number on device and not on network. Requested a new number when activating, and that number shows in my FP account page. However the phone number does not show in Phone Status, although it identifies the network correctly as ATT. Entered the fp.com.attz APN. Tried 2 phones and both do not work. These are older Android 6/7 unlocked GSM phones that worked fine on H2O, Airvoice, PTel, etc.
Seems the live FP support is paid only -- but seems wrong to pay just to get the SIM enabled. Especially to pay for a problem that is very likely on their side.
