Credit Refill QuestionCompleted
I went over my data usage back in April and was charged $20 on 4/19 and $20 again on 4/21. I wasn't sure why this happened twice, but I didn't question it since I figured at least I'd have $40 in my account to cover any over charges. I just went over my usage again in November and received another $20 charge on 11/18. Does anyone know why Freedom Pop isn't using my $40 credit? To me, I think I should at least be reimbursed one if not two of these $20 charges. I realize the April date is probably too long ago.
