Currently the new support ticket system is setup so that FREE accounts cannot create support tickets. I know there were inconsistencies in the old ticket system as I used to have certain accounts that would allow me to create tickets and others that would not. Now after some thorough testing I've deduced that none of my FREE accounts will allow me to create a support ticket. Prior to transition of ownership to Redpocket - FREE accounts were allowed to create support tickets with a lower priority than VIP customers. I would like to see this feature restored if possible or perhaps the LIVE CHAT that I was able to use ONCE and then it was also changed to not allow us to chat with a LIVE AGENT if it's a FREE account.... I'm sure I'm not alone in this request - REDPOCKET please give us a way to contact live support agents other than the messy forum like we used to have before you took over. ~!!!~
