    Regarding the expiration of the annual plan, be advised, if your account is a Preloaded Annual, if you have a method of payment associated with your account it'll automatically renew at the end of the year of service you paid for.

    Now, if there is no method of payment associated, your account will suspend, and you'll have the option of canceling the account or add a new method of payment so it renews and you can continue using the service.

    Be advised we've created a support ticket, please reply there and we will gladly look into this inquiry to resolve it accordingly.
