What is the problem here how could there be such mediocre service? You are getting paid to provide a service why is it so unreasonable to expect that you actually provide this service. Perhaps your parent Company RED POCKET Mobile should pay their FreedomPop tech staff more money and actually have them accessible by TELEPHONE. Ooops I digress because my telephone service through FreedomPop DOES NOT WORK.
