Finally get my SIM after 14 days... then they CANCEL IT! WTF
CompletedI paid for new service over 14 days ago, then Freedompop (finally) sent me the SIM card and then the same day it arrived thet cancelled my account. I'm assuming because I complained to PayPal because it was over 11 days until freedompop shipped it I didn't say to cancel it I still want the service. Please tell me how to reactivate my account WITH this same SIM card.
I cannot afford to wait any longer I've been without internet service for over 2 weeks now because of FreedomPop BS this is ridiculous I just want internet service!
Does anyone know of another alternative that is not scammy like this? I'm shocked.
