I purchased from Best Buy the FreedomPop SIM 12 month Plan with Unlimited Talk & Tex and included 5GB LTE Data each month. I installed it and activated on December 28 2019.
Activating the Global Free 100 minutes International Plan does not work. When I try to activate it by clicking on CONFIRM I am directed to the Billing Section and the message pops up with “Get 500MB of free bonus data ($10 value) when you update your billing information today”. Something is wrong. I don’t need this 500 MB free bonus.
Can you please fix this issue on my account and activate the Global Free 100 minutes International Plan?
