Maria Diaz. I bought a hotspot device sometime last year. I didn't get to use it because I had a hard time with. So the majority of the time it was shut off. I try several attempts to use it, but I was having a hard time operating it. This was my first hotspot device. I didn't need it for phone use it was for my dashcam camera in my car. LIke i said I had a hard operating it. So I got discouraged and shut it off, The only I turned it on was to charge it. I was charged twice in one month, December 3, 2019 charged my account $24.39 and again December 9, 2019 charged my account $24.39. Please refund my money back to my account.
