My phone number was opt out. I want to cancel my Freedompop account associated with my email. I followed the steps mentioned in your online help to go to Settings\Account\Account Status\Cancel Account, but I got an error saying "Failure. Cancellation Unsuccessful. Please try again later." I tried many times already, but was unsuccessful. I submitted a request, but everytime the request got automatically resolved and closed. Still, I am getting recurring charge of $0.01 from time to time. Can you help me cancel and delete my account completely asap and refund the recent charge of $0.01? Thanks.
