Purchased a 12 month prepaid card, sent wrong card/plan
CompletedBought a 12 month 5 gb prepaid plan off FP website.
I was sent a 1 GB plan instead and the sim isn't even recognized by the website so I can't activate or link it to an account.
FP appears to have eliminated every form of Customer Service except here so I'm posting here in the hopes someone will read this and reach out.
