I am probably not the only one here since I have seen similar posts already.
I just received my 3-month plan GSM Sim Kit today (ICCID ends in 4619, I didn't get any request to obtain a phone number yet) and tried to activate it. I bought it directly from FreedomPop so it should already be activated (so the manual says). Yet, I kept getting server failure whenever I open the Messaging App and cannot use the Sim card.
I checked my account online and it says that my Sim card is not active yet. So I followed the instruction to activate it, but again kept getting error message saying that the ICCID number is not correct/recognized even though I put the exact numbers on the Sim kit. I tried to submit request tickets a couple of times, but I kept getting notification that the issue is Solved or Closed! I am now confused what to do. Can anyone help me with this issue?
