Why can't I use my top-up credit for data??
CompletedI'm on the Basic 200 plan. Every month after my 250 mb of data is used the data shuts off automatically even though I have a remaining top-up balance!
"Alert: You have used all of your data for this period. Click here to upgrade plan or click here to enable auto top-up or wait until next billing cycle."
What good is top-up credit if it can't be used for data??
