Hi, my 5GB annual prepaid sim card just got renewed and I was charged $149.99. However, my daat has not been working since the new billing period started, it at first said my account is inactive due to an unforseen issue please contact support. Then in the app it said "ERROR 200". Now it's saying I have used all of the data for this month, which I haven't used any, could somebody please check my account and help fix this as soon as possible? Thanks
