Please REFUND my $30 and cancel my "service". This has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. I ordered service 25 days ago. My sim arrived after 15 days... I have had the SIM now for 10 days . STILL NO SERVICE. IT IS USELESS because I cannot find ANY Device to use the SIM with!!!!! Freedompopallarently does not sell the devices either!!!!! I bought 2 sprint devices online, does not work, I bought another unlocked hotspot, also does not work. You have left me with NO OPTIONS to use it. COMPLETELY USELESS WASTE OF MY MONEY AND MY TIME******* PLEASE REFUND ALL MY MONEY AT ONCE. Freedompop has essentially STOLEN FROM ME and TREATED ME LIKE SHIT for the past 30 days ..... and on top of it all, I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET SERVICE! MY BUSINESS IS LOSING MONEY!!!!
