I have repeatedly sent you messages regarding the release of my FreedomPop phone and each and every time I get an automated response telling me to use the self service options or to pay for your VIP Premium support. This is ridiculous!
I qualify for having my phone unlocked and released. I have repeatedly provided you with my ESN and MEID and yet you continue to ignore my requests by sending me automated responses.
Why are you avoiding getting back to me with this issue?
