How can I change to 'US LTE 200' with an LTE sim and use my own phone on this account?

    We'll gladly take a look at your current request.

    We're able to confirm after continued performance issues with our carrier partner, Global SIM cards were replaced by our LTE SIM cards which provide faster speeds and larger coverage.

    It is our understanding you'd like to upgrade your Global SIM card to the faster LTE SIM card. To do this it'll be necessary to upgrade from your online account by following the instructions provided on this link.

    Please note, the plans and services are not transferable.

    If you upgrade your existing Global SIM card account to LTE you'll need to select a plan, and depending on where you sign up, and whether or not you order under a promotion, the plans available to you may vary. 

    We would only be able to transfer the phone number associated with your Global account if it is active. :)
