Unable to receive phone call. No customer support
CompletedI can make a call outside but it's weird that I cannot receive any incoming calls or any text message. I have try to uninstall and reinstall the Freedompop app, Unplugged and plugged in the si, and even reset my phone but nothing seems working. I even put the Freedompop SIM to another iphone following with a completely new installation on a new device but doesn't give me a better result. Seems like the trouble linking with the SIM. Please help. Submitted several tickets and it always shows as "solved". Is there any problem of reaching to customer support?
