I keep being charged 'maintenance fee'

I set up my calendar to remind me to make calls / use data on my free plans.
I take time to specifically do so.
Yet, my CC is being billed $0.01 every month.
I raised the issue with the support and after verification they credited my account back and assured (or so it seemed) me this should never happen again.
Guess what? Yesterday I get charded 2 x 1c fee again. Do I need to open a refund ticket every month now or what?
