Can't Activate Best Buy SIM - Error on website and phone

    Received a call yesterday and the representative tried to help but after 20mins or so was unable to activate the line due to system issues.  I tried again this morning and the website still isn't working.  Hopefully Best Buy will allow me to return the started kit.  It appears they don't work.  I really would like to try the service as a backup plan when I don't have service on my other phone.  However it appears I'll have to try another company.
