Inactive Service, Global SIM upgrade issues
CompletedI am having the same issue multiple other people have posted, like here:

I have the two messages with links on my account page that my service is inactive and that the SIM needs upgraded. However, the links do not lead anywhere. I opened a support ticket, it immediately has a "solved" status so I don't know that I will get any help there either. Can someone here hopefully help get this resolved?
