I have a freedomPop hotspot (MEID#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX551), my plan has been setup and my monthly payment is being drafted from my checking account. Every time I try to use my hotspot a message come up stating my account is not active. I don't understand when monthly payments are made even pay for unused data roll over. I have been trying to log into my account to see what is going on and I cannot access the information. I want to close this account and stop my monthly payments because I cannot use my Hotspot.
