Hello, I have recently purchased and tried to activate 2 sim cards. For both sim cards the data is working, however voice and text are not working. I am using the latest version of messaging app on two separate phones. Every time I start the app, I'm getting "Activation step required" error message. Here are the steps I already tried, please don't ask me to repeat them: 1. Unistalling/reinstalling the app. 2. Updating apn settings. 3. Checking the coverage. 4. Checking app permissions. 5. Completing a carrier reset. 6. Making sure that Freedompop Messaging is a default application. 7. Clearing app data. 8. Swapping sim cards between two different phones. 9. Making sure my phones are unlocked. Both phones are Android, one is version 8 and the other phone is version 9. I already created a support ticket with sim card and phone number information.
