I am having problems as well porting out the number. Mint states this is an issue with my current carrier (FreedomPop). I have submitted a support ticket but concerned as the account bill becomes due tomorrow. I am happy to switch to the free service while this is converted, but do not want to be charged while FreedomPop resolves this.
BTW: Thank you for all the years of service! Everything has worked well, we are switching so we do not need an app to make and receive calls.
