Account suspended for billing issue.
CompletedWhen I signed up for the service I selected the basic plan. The amount that I authorized I believe was the $0.99 activation fee. The total amount charged to the credit card was $10.99. I requested a refund for the unauthorized $10 credit and it was suggested to me that I keep $5 credit in order to have the option to disable auto top up after I went over my allotted 200MB . I agreed to this, however was never able to disable auto top up. I have been chipping away at the credit for months and yesterday went below $2 at which time my account was suspended because my credit card on file is no longer valid.
Remember that my goal was to avoid auto top up and keeping a credit balance is actually the cause of my account currently being disabled. I am requesting a refund for the remaining credit on both of my SIM cards on this account and for my account to be reinstated. I will of course update my credit card information and will risk a $20 top up if I go over the 200MB in a certain month. But I am not adding credit when I still have credit on my account.
Please reinstate my account, I will update my credit card information. Please issue a refund for all remaining credit on both SIM cards tied to this e-mail address.
Thank you.
