Recurring $51.27 charged to my old credit cardCompleted
I had an account 'LTE SIM Kit - 3-in-1 - Voice/Data Bundle & 12 Month Plan' registered with Freedompop, with phone number (650) 880-3086, which is supposed to expire 02/27/2020. However, I have no billing information registered with this account and NO auto-renew or auto TOP-UP selected with this account. After this one-year service expired, Freedompop automatically charged an expired Discover credit card under my name (but still showed in my new Discover billing), which I used years ago to do business with Freedompop, but NOT associated with the account of (650) 880-3086. I have no intention of using the continual service of (650) 880-3086 for another year, and never authorized anyone to bill me especially with my old credit card. Please: 1) disable the auto-renewed one-year service of (650) 880-3086 right away, because I am already using another mobile carrier's service, 2) refund me $51.27.
