For 2 months FreedomPop has been secretly charging me for services I never selected. I kept 2 phones for my elderly parents, who only have occasional use, with free accounts. Little did I know that FreedomPop activated “Premium” service behind my back and without my consent and has been charging me $10+/month for things I did not ask or need or use. As a result I overpaid $40+. This is very frustrating and I regret choosing a company with such dishonest tactics of dealing with its customers.
