My wife is using SIM number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2973 with a hotspot. Her account seems clear, She's used no data, and the account is paid. My hotspot, however stubbornly indicates that it isn't connected to data. Is there something wrong? This used to work well. I use it just for email and minimal internet browsing so the 1GB limit is sufficient.
The hotspot is a Netgear AirCard 770S, ICCID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2973.
I have another hotspot, same model and cellular plan and it is working fine.
