    Our records indicate the phone number XXX-XXX-9725 is associated with an LTE SIM Kit - 3-in-1 - Voice/Data Bundle, ICCID number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX5057, which was dormant. 

    Your SIM card may go into a temporary dormant state after 30 days with no reported data usage. However, you can prevent your device from going dormant by simply connecting, and using your device at least once a month.

    We have successfully reactivated your SIM. Please be sure to perform a soft reset by powering off and on your device. For future reference, should this happen again, you can simply reactivate your SIM card with one click, by logging in to your FreedomPop account at https://my.freedompop.com/ and clicking the prompt to wake up.
