After 12 days of writing you through e-mail and not receiving any solution, I'm writing here all the information you already have again.
As I have told you in my e-mails I've checked everything you post on the instruction page you only sent to me. My phone is a GSM Android Unlocked. So, everything is fine
Earlier in January I purchased a FreedomPop SIM card, free basic plan. Although I don't use it. I tried that one days ago on my phone, and it works. So, I surely know that the problem is not my phone.
But the SIM card that I purchased recently, that I want to use and the one that I've paid for 3 months, 7$/month 1 GB, unlimited text and calls, it's not working.
The ICCID number on the card I have received is: 89011704278407518267 (I attached a picture of it throuh e-mail) and the info you sent me telling me is already activated because it starts with 89011*, as I purchased through FreedomPop.
Also on the FreedomPop app, it appears the next error: SIM couldn't be recognized. I put manually the number that appears on my account and my password and it doesn't work.
Please, could you fix it as soon as possible? Thank you.
