new lte gsm sim card for annual plan not finding userCompleted
I have a fp gsm sim card for the free plan and it works on my unlocked phone.
I purchased the lte gsm annual plan from FP and a new sim card was sent to me. I installed it in the same phone that has the free fp lte gsm card in it. The FP messaging app is setup properly with all permissions. the APN is setup properly. However, the messaging app continually attempts to locate user but does not connect. the new sim card shows 3g not 4g service. The number on the card is not the iccid number it is an imei number. when I tried to activate it online it said the number is invalid. How do I resolve this?

Stuck in activation loop. I have picked a number and done everything but I can't get to any of the messages or calls and every time I open the app it says that I need to activate my sim but when I click activate it says that it's already activated and only gives me the option to return to the home menu which just restarts the same process
