Hello! First, this is a FREE account (or at least it's supposed to be) so I'm not complaining too much here and making a big deal of this like I want my money back - lots of other people like that you know! But I do have a few questions I would like answered so I know how to work things. So, I got a FreedomPop SIM maybe in September or October. Give or take. I downgraded right away to the free plan and have been using my phone as an emergency backup - it doesn't cost me and my very low usage doesn't stress you either. Now it did charge me $20 I believe to cover any overages on my part. No problem with that.
But now it says a billing issue has occurred and my account is suspended. What caused the billing error i don't know, but why does it need any billing info anyway? I already paid the $20. Where did that go? I logged in and checked my account and was unable to find anything about the $20. If you check my account you can easily see there is no way I used too much of anything, so where did the money go? If there was a mistake, please correct it and get everything back online again. If there was a charge, please let me know what it was and how often it will occur so I can plan for it.
