    Upon further review, we see a $20 Top-Up charge was applied to your line XXX-XXX-0501 on 01-28-2020. The Automatic Top-Up feature allows you to continue using the service, even when you have run out of data from your plan.

    If this feature is active on your account, you will incur a $20 Top-Up charge once you reach your data threshold. The $20 will be placed as a credit on your account that you may use towards data overage. The credit will only be deducted when data beyond your monthly data allotment, is used.     To avoid incurring unwanted charges, you may disable the Auto Top-Up. You may find steps on how to proceed, here.

    Please note FreedomPop credit becomes inactive if not used within 30 days. We have now reactivated your credit balance.
