No data on one of my FP phones. Works fine on wifi. Double checked that the account is active and that APN is set to fp.com.attz. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Messaging, that did not help. Signal is strong, The icon shows a connection to AT&T with an exclamation point (!). Phone is a Nexus 4 on Android 5.1.1.
I contacted FP chat and they told me to remove the sim and try it in another phone. I did that and the sim worked in the other phone. So on the chat they said the sim is working so it must be your phone, sorry we can't help any further.
It does appear that the problem is with the phone, not with FP, Any thoughts on what could be wrong with the phone? Seems very odd that the phone is showing a strong signal from AT&T yet is not allowing a connection to FP.
