I have had an ongoing issue with my Netgear device and need to replace it, I have an open ticket with support but have not received a helpful response. I have needed a new device since November. It seems that there is no support for existing customers to get a solution to this issue. I was directed to purchase a new Alcatel device but that only starts a new 'plan' which was NOT what I was looking for. I need to cancel the Alcatel device and send it back. Then I still need a new Netgear device.
