    We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing.

    It is our understanding you've been having issues receiving phone calls for line ending in 2803.

    In an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. 

    Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the FreedomPop Messaging app by following the instructions provided here:

    1) Remove the FreedomPop app and turn off your phone for two minutes. *Please be advised that by uninstalling the app the text messages saved will be lost.

    2) Remove and Reinstall the SIM card and turn your phone back on. 

    3) Set APN, by following these steps.

    4) Reinstall the FreedomPop app by downloading it from Google Store here

    5) Sync Account Data, by following these steps.

    6) Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to the latest version.
