    It is our understanding you've been unable to make calls. We've carefully checked the account associated with your Community profile. We can confirm your line XXX-XXX-4944 is currently active and in good standing.

    Therefore, in an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. Please perform a soft reset by powering off and on your device.

    Once your device is back on, synchronize account data on the FreedomPop Messaging app by following the instructions provided, here

    Should you continue to experience the same problem, we strongly recommend you follow the steps detailed below

    1) Power off your device for two minutes.

    2) Power on your device. Configure the APN settings. You may find detailed steps, here

    3) Synchronize Account Data. You may find steps, here

    4) Please be sure you're running the latest Android version on your device.
