    We're sorry to learn you're experiencing issues with the service, we’re more than willing to help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    It is our understanding you've been experiencing issues when calling. We've verified the account associated with line ending in 8289, our records show your account is currently active and in good standing. 

    However, in an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. 

    Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the FreedomPop Messaging app by following the instructions provided here:

    1) Remove the FreedomPop app and turn off your phone for two minutes. *Please be advised that by uninstalling the app the text messages saved will be lost.

    2) Remove and Reinstall the SIM card and turn your phone back on. 

    3) Set APN, by following these steps.

    4) Reinstall the FreedomPop app by downloading it from the Google Play Store app here

    5) Sync Account Data, by following these steps.

    6) Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to the latest version.
