I started a free plan with FreedomPop (the Basic 200) in July 2016 but was too busy to notice that you put me on the Freedom Pop Premier tier in August 2016. You have taken £3-99 every month since for a service that I never asked for and have never used. When I log into my account there is an Alert message saying "You've been gone awhile, and your device has gone dormant due to non-usage. To wake it up Please click here. <<Reactivate Account>>"
I'd be grateful if you would refund the payments to the credit card from which they were taken and make sure that no further payments are taken.
