I want to know how to get refund of unused credit
CompletedI was charged $20 to my credit card when I downgrade Free plan. And I submitted support ticket about How to get refund $20 credit when I cancel account, but my submission was closed without any reply comment or support. This is very Dishonest response to consumers.
