"General error cannot communicate with server, please try again later", tried everything even factory reset my phone please help

Hello,
I did everything I can, even factory reset my phone. nothing works. I cannot even open the app, cannot assess anything. It says forever " general error trying to communicate with the serve, try again later". I do have case # but I have not heard anything after the first email. Very frustrating now trying to work from home and I have not been able to use my phone, call or text since Monday.
