My messaging app crashes a second after opening it. Cant receive/make any calls or send text messages or get visual voicemail messages. I notice that many other users are experiencing the same issue since the latest messaging app update. I have FreedomPop Premium VIP Service and also FreedomPop Phone Premier Annual service plans. I have already submitted a request for help with this issue and haven't heard back from you. What is the purpose of the VIP plan then? Also, since multiple users are facing this issue, this is not device or account specific. So, please post a remedy for this issue on this site so that all users can benefit from this. If you are unable to help, I will probable end my subscription.
