Yesterday my FreedomPop app stopped working properly. It closes again as soon as it opens. I am isolating as have health issues and rely on my phone for emergency help. I know I am a low tariff user but up until now your service has been superb. Is there an easy way to rectify this problem as I am not overly technologically minded or able. As I am in isolation I have no one who help for another 7 weeks.
