I a trying to port my sons phone number out to ATT. I followed the directions on the Support website exactly and ATT says that that Freedmpop indicates there is something missing, Ive tried this twice now, second time I changed the PIN to be sure...still the same problem. I sent in a support ticket to Freedom pop 5 days ago and have seen no response. Need some help on this and it looks like this is a common problem.
