    Hello, I'm also getting the same error when calling out. I cannot access the internet either. I placed a service ticket with FP almost 5 days now and have not heard back from anyone other than an email saying that the ticket was opened but not assigned to anyone yet. I cannot reach a person by phone for technical support.
