Preloaded sim card

Hello, My LTE sim 3 in 1 voice/data bundle plan #1 (12 months/1GB) expired a few days ago. I am trying to reactivate the plan online under Preloaded Annual 1GB Plan but can not download. i am using the sim card in my security camera in a different state and would like to recharge without having to travel there to replace it. I only use less than 1GB/month.
How can I recharge-activate the sim card with same plan online.
