Due to ongoing issues with the billing of my account I have now decided that I wish to terminate my account.
I have attempted to follow this guide (https://support.freedompop.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025986833-How-to-cancel-your-account) however I can't find anything in my account that matches up to that.
Please provide assistance in completing this request.
In addition, as you no longer have a need to store my data I am requesting immediate erasure of all personal data concerning me according to Article 17 GDPR.
