I am having trouble porting out the number from FP to Xfinity. I have given the information to Xfinity exactly as it was on the Port Out page in FP website except Xfinity is asking for last 4 of social.
Now, FP does not have last 4 of social on file.
So what I filled on Xfinity form was 0000, so that request failed.
Tried with my real last 4 of social and that failed too.
I regenerated the PIN and tried with new PIN and used last 4 of the FP mobile number as last 4 of social... that failed too.
After three attempt, Xfinity says I cannot retry for another 24 hours and there is no point trying before i get a response from FP on what are correct value to put.
Is account number always the phone number with 1 prefixed?
