theres no data connection. I’m using GSM Unlocked iPhone X. Only shows AT&T and the signal reception bars but no 3G/LTE next to it. Been like this for a while and now I can’t even make a call even through WiFi, it says network congestion. If I am not connected to WiFi then basically I can’t text nor call. It’s completely unusable.
i have opened a support ticket # 29485. Help is appreciated.
already restarted several times, uninstalled the FreedomPop app and the profile then reinstalled both, I moved the SIM card to a backup android smartphone and still it’s the same; no data connection.
im on basic 200 plan with 200mb of data.
