Unable to downgrade to Free option. Dont need the plan until school reopens.Completed
My son does not need the phone until school opens. i am unable to downgrade from either mobile or desktop. Please downgrade to free option so i dont get charged. Your system is buggy and not allowing me to downgrade to free account nor remove my credit card to stop payments. If i see charges from freedom, i will dispute it. Please set my account to free account and remove my credit card so avoid future charges.
